Every BadDogs NFT (non-fungible token) is a unique token on the Ethereum blockchain. As a lawful owner of a BadDogs NFT, you possess the actual token, along with the rights to utilize the associated art, provided you adhere to these Terms.
NFT ART FOR PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL EXPLOITS
In accordance with these Terms and our Standards of Use, as long as you rightfully own a BadDogs NFT, we confer upon you (exclusively) a non-exclusive, global license to employ the art linked to your BadDogs NFT. This includes personal applications like profile images, social media graphics, physical prints, or avatars in digital realms, and commercial ventures like creating and selling merchandise or developing storylines in mediums like comics or films featuring your BadDogs.
Note: For projects that involve multiple BadDogs NFTs, prior approval via a submitted application is required.
